Western blot analysis of anti- ALPL antibody (A01008).The sample well of each lane was loaded with 50ug of sample under reducing conditions.Lane 1: Human Hela whole cell lysates,Lane 2: Human HEK293 whole cell lysates,Lane 3: rat kidney tissue lysates,Lane 4: Rat RH35 whole cell lysates,Lane 5: Mouse kidney tissue lysates,Lane 6:Mouse HEPA1-6 whole cell lysates.Use rabbit anti- ALPL 1:1000, probed with a goat anti-rabbit IgG-HRP secondary antibody. The signal is developed using an Enhanced Chemiluminescent detection (ECL) kit (Catalog # EK1002). A specific band was detected for ALPL at approximately 80KD. The expected band size for ALPL is at 57KD.
Figure 2.ICC analysis using anti- ALPL antibody (A01008). was detected in immersion fixed A431 cell line . Cells were stained using the Dylight594-conjugated Anti-rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (red)(Catalog # BA1142) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
