特异性
Biotin conjugated antibody is specific with the Fc5µ portion of human IgM heavy chain. This antibody does not react against normal human IgG or IgA, or against non-immunoglobulin serumproteins. However, this antibody may cross-react with IgM from other species.
应用注释
This antibody must be used with various kinds of enzymes or fluorescence conjugated avidin (streptavidin) in IHC and ELISA.Diluted by neutral PBS or TBS.
