Figure 1. IF analysis of HADH using anti-HADH antibody (A03650-1).
HADH was detected in a paraffin-embedded section of human intestinal cancer tissue. The tissue section was incubated with rabbit anti-HADH Antibody (A03650-1) at a dilution of 1:100. Biotin conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (BA1003) was used as secondary antibody and incubated for 30 minutes at 37°C. The tissue section was developed using DyLight 550 Conjugated Avidin (BA1134). The section was counterstained with DAPI (Catalog # AR1176) (Blue).
