Lane 2: THP-1 whole cell lysates,

Lane 4: HL-60 whole cell lysates,
Lane 5: rat brain tissue lysates,
Lane 6: rat thymus tissue lysates,
Lane 7: mouse brain tissue lysates,
Lane 8: mouse thymus tissue lysates.
Use mouse anti- AIF1/IBA-1 1:1000, probed with a goat anti-mouse IgG-HRP secondary antibody. The signal is developed using an Enhanced Chemiluminescent detection (ECL) kit (Catalog # EK1002). A specific band was detected for AIF1/IBA-1 at approximately 17KD. The expected band size for AIF1/IBA-1 is at 17KD.
