Western blot analysis of anti- ANXA4 antibody (PA1007-1). The sample well of each lane was loaded with 30ug of sample under reducing conditions.
Lane 1: human Caco-2 whole cell lysates,
Lane 2: human SiHa whole cell lysates,
Lane 3: human Hacat whole cell lysates,
Lane 4: human Hela whole cell lysates,
Lane 5: human U251 whole cell lysates,
Lane 6: human A549 whole cell lysates,
Lane 7: human PC-3 whole cell lysates,
Lane 8: rat lung tissue lysates,
Lane 9: mouse lung tissue lysates.
Use rabbit anti- ANXA4 1:1000, probed with a goat anti-rabbit IgG-HRP secondary antibody. The signal is developed using an Enhanced Chemiluminescent detection (ECL) kit (Catalog#EK1002). A specific band was detected for ANXA4 at approximately 36KD. The expected band size for ANXA4 is at 36KD.

Annexin A4/ANXA4 was detected in a paraffin-embedded section of human mammary cancer tissue. The tissue section was incubated with rabbit anti-Annexin A4/ANXA4 Antibody (PA1007-1) at a dilution of 1:200 and developed using HRP Conjugated Rabbit IgG Super Vision Assay Kit (Catalog # SV0002) with DAB (Catalog # AR1027) as the chromogen.

Annexin IV, also known as placental anticoagulant protein II, or zymogen granule membrane-associated protein, 36-KD(ZAP36), is one of the family of calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding proteins whose normal function is uncertain. Annexin IV has 45 to 59% identity with other members of the annexin family. Annexin IV gene spans 18 to 56 kb. And it is located on mouse chromosome 6 in a region of conserved synteny with human chromosome 2. Rat annexin IV is ubiquitously expressed in epithelial tissues. Zap36 associated with zymogen granule membranes in dog and rat pancreas. Human annexin IV gene is mapped to chromosome 2p13.
