Lane 1: human placenta tissue lysates,
Lane 2: rat testis tissue lysates,
Lane 3: mouse testis tissue lysates.
Use mouse anti- HSD3B1/B2 1:1000, probed with a goat anti- mouse IgG-HRP secondary antibody. The signal is developed using an Enhanced Chemiluminescent detection (ECL) kit (Catalog # EK1001). A specific band was detected for HSD3B1/B2 at approximately 42KD. The expected band size for HSD3B1/B2 is at 42KD.

Figure 2. ICC analysis using anti- HSD3B1/B2 Antibody (M02856). was detected in immersion fixed U20S cell. Cells were stained using the Dylight488-conjugated Anti-mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (green)(Catalog # BA1126) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
