Western blot analysis of TIE2/TEK using anti-TIE2/TEK antibody (PB0179).
Lane 1: recombinant human TIE2 protein 0.5ng.
After electrophoresis, proteins were transferred to a membrane. Then the membrane was incubated with rabbit anti-TIE2/TEK antigen affinity purified polyclonal antibody (PB0179) at a dilution of 1:1000 and probed with a goat anti-rabbit IgG-HRP secondary antibody (Catalog # BA1054). The signal is developed using ECL Plus Western Blotting Substrate (Catalog # AR1197). A specific band was detected for TIE2/TEK at approximately 47 kDa.

Lane 1: MCF-7 whole cell lysates.
