Lane 1: HEPG2 whole cell lysates,
Lane 2: CACO-2 whole cell lysates,
Lane 3: U2OS whole cell lysates,
Lane 4: A549 whole cell lysates,
Lane 5: rat liver tissue lysates,
Lane 6: mouse liver tissue lysates.
Use rabbit anti-AQP11 1:1000, probed with a goat anti-rabbit IgG-HRP secondary antibody. The signal is developed using an Enhanced Chemiluminescent detection (ECL) kit (Catalog # EK1002). A specific band was detected for AQP11 at approximately 53KD. The expected band size for AQP11 is at 30KD.
